Minutes of WSPR Annual meeting

Meeting was called to order by Pres. Ron Kramer at 8:18am
Minutes of 2004 meeting were distributed, minor changes noted, minutes were
approved
In his President's report Ron acknowledged the members of the WSPR board for the
past year of service. He also thanked the members of the nominating committee
for their efforts. Maynard Orme was recognized on his last WSPR conference as he
retires from OPB.
Eric Jones presented an oral treasurer's report.
He reported that WSPR had $21,981 in its account.
It was suggested from the floor that funds in excess of normal operating
needs should be invested in some sort of an interest bearing account or
certificate of deposit
The WSPR elections were held and Ron Kramer was elected to a two year term as
Pres, Kerry Swanson was elected to a one year term as Vice-Pres, Beth Warren was
elected to a one year term as member at large, John Greene was elected to a two
year term as Secretary and Paul Stankavich was elected to a two year term as
Treasurer.
No further old business
New Business -- a suggestion from the floor was to have the WSPR board keep and
distribute notes of its routine meetings throughout the year.
